Hasaacas Ladies’ Evelyn Badu in pole position for topsocrer prize at CAFWCL

Hasaacas Ladies forward, Evelyn Badu is favourite to win the topscorer award at the maiden CAF Women’s Champions League.

After scoring the winner in Monday’s semi-final win over Moroccan club ASFAR, Badu now has five goals in four games.

Her closest contenders, ASFAR’s Sanaa Mssoudy and Drepoba Stephanie Gbogou of Malabo Kings failed to add to their three goals in yesterday’s semis.

However, both have another opportunity to add to their tallies in Thursday’s 3rd and 4th place match.

Badu will also get a chance to score more goals as Hasaacas Ladies take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the final on Sunday.
