Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach, Martinus Koopman, is calling on the team’s management to get him a striker.
He said this in a post-game press conference after leading Hearts to register its first win of the 2023-2024 Betpawa Premier League via a 1-0 win over Nsoatreman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.

“We lost a lot of chances. Issah [Kuka] is gone and actually I want a striker back. I need a striker back so hopefully this week, let’s hope. I am happy but still a lot of work to do.”
Kuka sealed a move from the Phobia club to North Macedonia Shkupi SH on a one season loan deal recently.
Two games into the new season, Hearts SC has a win and a loss to Real Tamale United.
