Former FC Samartex 1996 Football Club midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh has announced his arrival to the Tanzanian Football League with a stunning goal.
The 26 year old player scored in Singida Black Stars 3-1 win over Ken Gold Sports Club in a league matchup via a long distance strike for the game’s opener.
Keyekeh received a pass in the half of Ken Gold and unleashed a powerful strike from 30 yards in the 41st minute before teammates Elvis Rupia and Camara Damaro got their names on the scoresheet.
Aside winning the Ghana Premier League with Samartex and Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Keyekeh, who can operate as a defensive midfielder or a central midfielder, was named as the Home Base Player of the Year Award at the Ghana Football Awards. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
His goal in the win was reminiscent of his beautiful strike in Samartex’s 2-1 win over Aduana Stars in the Ghana Premier League at Dormaa.

In the 2023-2024 Ghana League, Keyekeh scored five goals and added two assists before leaving for Tanzania. Scroll down to watch video.
