Soccer For Dreamers donate to Ghana Female Football Teams

Ghana Women’s Division one League outfits GRA Ladies, Halifax Ladies and Sissamba Ladies were among the beneficiaries of the latest philanthropic act by non-governmental organization, Soccer For Dreamers.

The NGO donated football items to 10 clubs including aforementioned female teams drafted from the Greater Accra Region and Ashanti Region.

Access Bank Division One team Great Ambition from Bubuashie and A5 Rennes from Tema were the beneficiaries in the Greater Accra Region and New Town Youth while Alhaji Babies, Kumasi Hope FC, Gucci FC and Corners were beneficiaries from the Ashanti Region.

At a brief ceremony held at the Accra Sports Stadium that had Vice President for the Women’s FA Cup, Rosalind Amoh present, Sylvia Akwaboa, President of Soccer For Dreamers, stated that this is the fourth in five years a presentation of the same ilk has taken place.

Stephane Lecosson, the Ghana Representative of Soccer For Dreamers, disclosed to Citi Sports that the next edition will feature teams from the Bono Ahafo enclave.

Soccer For Dreamers is a group made of three Ghanaian brothers based in the United States of America committed to serving humanity through football.
