Chelsea Football Club head coach Enzo Maresca is mute over the club’s standing on a potential signing of West Ham United midfielder Mohammed Kudus.
The Italian coach delivered the aforementioned statement in response to a question about Chelsea’s interest in the Black Stars player.
Despite signing forwards Liam Delap from Ipswich Town and Joao Pedro from Brighton and Hove Albion this offseason, Chelsea are reportedly in the hunt for Kudus’ services.
The 24 year old Ghana international has completed the most dribbles (216) in the past two seasons in the English Premier League and is regarded as one of the best creative players in football but Maresca alluded that Kudus is a West Ham player and can’t speak on the matter.
“He’s a West Ham player so I can’t say nothing…the only thing I can say I know Kudus since Ajax” Maresca said according to Italian football insider Fabrizio Romano.
