Bryan Mbeumo has been named the EA SPORTS Player of the Month, while Ruben Amorim picked up the Barclays Manager of the Month after guiding Manchester United to a perfect run in October.

The Cameroon international was outstanding throughout the month, scoring or assisting in all three of United’s Premier League victories.

He began by setting up Mason Mount’s opener in the 2-0 win over Sunderland, before stealing the spotlight at Anfield  racing through on goal to score just 62 seconds into the match as United claimed their first league victory at Liverpool since 2015.

Mbeumo ended the month in style with a brace in the 4-2 win over Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford, taking his tally to four league goals and becoming United’s top scorer this season.

His efforts earned him the EA SPORTS Player of the Month honour — United’s first since Bruno Fernandes in March 2025 after topping an eight-man shortlist through combined public and expert votes.

Head coach Ruben Amorim, who joined the club earlier this season, also earned recognition for masterminding the Red Devils’ resurgence.

Under his leadership, United have rediscovered their attacking edge and defensive discipline, climbing steadily up the Premier League table.

It’s the first time since November 2023 that Manchester United have celebrated multiple monthly awards, when Harry Maguire, Erik ten Hag, and Alejandro Garnacho swept the Player, Manager, and Goal of the Month honours.
