Manchester United interim head coach Michael Carrick says his team has a lot to fight for ahead of its clash against West Ham in the English Premier League on Tuesday, February 10.
In four games under Carrick, Man United are yet to lose having scored impressive wins against the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal.
Man United beat Tottenham Hotspurs 2-0 in its last game and are looking to win its fifth game in a row to solidify its fourth place ranking in the standings.
Despite West Ham ranking 18th in the 20 league standings, Carrick was weary of the Hammers’ threat stating to the club’s media,
“You know, teams towards the bottom of the league are really fighting for things. Well, so are we, and we’ve got a lot to fight for. We’re totally aware of what we’re going into on Tuesday night and how difficult it will be.”

Carrick replaced Ruben Amorim earlier this year with his contract running out at the end of the 2025-2026 season.
