For the third time in the 2025-2026 season, Nottingham Forest have sacked their manager and Sean Dyche is the latest victim following his dismissal in the wee hours of Thursday, February 12.
The club confirmed Dyche’s dismissal after Nottingham Forest’s goalless draw against bottom ranked side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The draw against Wolves keeps Forest in 17th place and in serious danger of getting relegated from the English Premier League.
“Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that Sean Dyche has been relieved of his duties as head coach. We would like to thank Sean and his staff for their efforts during their time at the Club and we wish them the best of luck for the future” the club stated.

Former Burnley and Everton manager Sean Dyche, spent 114 days in charge of Nottingham Forest and follows Nuno Espirito Santo and Ange Postecoglou as managers sacked by Nottingham this season.

Postecoglou lasted just 39 days in charge of Nottingham Forest.
