After helping Arsenal book their spot in this season’s UEFA Champions League semifinals, Gabriel Martinelli has called on his team to do “things right” to progress further in the competition.

He made this call via TNT Sports following Arsenal’s largely disappointing goalless draw against Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates Stadium. Despite the draw, Arsenal made it past the quarterfinals after securing a 1-0 win on aggregate.

The Gunners will take on Spanish side Real Madrid in the semifinals after the two sides faced off in the first round and Martinelli shared his thoughts ahead of the game by stating,

“We played them in the group stage but this will be a completely different game. We have to earn the right, we have to do things right in the game as well. Let’s keep it up and try to win both games.”

“When you play for Arsenal you have to know how to deal with the pressure. We really like the pressure as well. We play for Arsenal, we are used to it” Martinelli said.
