England National Men’s Football Team manager Thomas Tuchel has indicated that he isn’t concerned about his future despite England suffering another heartbreaking loss.
The Three Lions lost 2-1 to Argentina in the semifinals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup despite taking the lead through Anthony Gordon in the 55th minute.
However, a series of bizarre substitutions where Tuchel introduced defenders to defend England’s lead immediately after the goal, led to Argentina dominating possession before getting goals from Enzo Fernandez and Lautaro Martinez to bag the win.
Several English fans and pundits including former player Jamie O’Hara have called for Tuchel to be sacked after the loss but Tuchel showed no concerns about his future by stating after the loss,

“There is still a match to play-against France on Saturday, July 18 for the bronze medal game- and of course we keep on going with the contract until the home Euros and I’m looking forward to that.”

England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland will host the next European Championship in 2028.

What happened to Saka, uch occasion needs people like Saka, even Rashford, please next time don’t defend when you are leading, Keep the pressure on. Tuchel did very well and I believe he will do more, the window was closed just minutes to qualify for the finals.
