Derby County head coach John Eustace has described Black Stars forward Mohammed Fuseini’s debut for the club as “excellent”.
He said this while reacting to Derby’s 1-0 loss to West Bromwich Albion in the EFL Championship that had Fuseini play out the entire duration of the contest.
It was Fuseini’s first start after joining the club on a season-long loan move from Belgium Jupiler Pro League side Union Saint-Gilloisie in the recently closed transfer window.
“It was an excellent debut for him. I thought he was excellent. He was really exciting out there, and that’s why we brought him to the football club. Overall, I thought his performance was very good.”

“Obviously, we need a little bit more consistency with his quality in the final third, with his crosses and finishing. So, I’m sure that will come” Eustace said.

Fuseini completed three of four attempted dribbles, completed 33 of 37 pass attempts and missed his only shot on target in the contest.
