Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has branded Dreams FC’s qualification to compete at the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup as a God given chance.

He said this at Dreams FC’s arrival at the Kotoka International Airport in the aftermath of the team’s 1-1- draw with Sierra Leone’s FC Kallon.

Dreams secured a 3-2 aggregate win to progress to the group stage of Africa’s second tier competition.

This is Dreams FC’s debut season competing on the African stage after winning the 2022-2023 MTN FA Cup. Dreams beat Milo FC of Guinea in the first round.

“In celebrating this modest but important achievement, let us bring our minds firmly on the next level of action. The next level is to go into the group stage and be very very competitive and go beyond that group stage to the next level. (Click Highlighted text to read full story)

This has been a God given chance to experience what it takes to play on the African continent. We will do whatever it takes going forward to strengthen the team, to give you all the support that you need so that we will continue on this journey until the very last line.”  (Click Highlighted text to read full story)
