Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has branded Dreams FC’s qualification to compete at the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup as a God given chance.
He said this at Dreams FC’s arrival at the Kotoka International Airport in the aftermath of the team’s 1-1- draw with Sierra Leone’s FC Kallon.
Dreams secured a 3-2 aggregate win to progress to the group stage of Africa’s second tier competition.
This is Dreams FC’s debut season competing on the African stage after winning the 2022-2023 MTN FA Cup. Dreams beat Milo FC of Guinea in the first round.
