Black Stars midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp has extended his contract with Crystal Palace prolonging his stay with The Eagles till 2025.
The one year contract extension was announced on May 10, Friday as Palace prepare to play against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the London club’s penultimate league game of the season.
Schlupp’s deal comes in the midst of a handful of contract deals involving Palace players with Will Hughes and Joel Ward also extending their deals to 2025 respectively.
On the other hand, the club has announced that defender James Tomkins and midfielder Jairo Riedewald will leave the club once the season concludes.
Schlupp has been a consistent contributor to Palace’s stay in the English Premier League since joining the club from Leicester City where he won the EPL title. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
The Black Stars player has made 230 appearances for Crystal Palace (at the time of writing) since joining the club in 2017; Schlupp has two goals and two assists in 28 league games this season.


Fellow Black Stars player and Palace teammate Jordan Ayew extended his contract earlier in the campaign to 2025.
