Ghana winger Osman Ibrahim has stated that English Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion is the type of team that suits his style and wants to play in.
He made these remarks in an interview with Brighton media after he was unveiled by the club following a 20 million Euros transfer from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland in the 2023-2024 season winter transfer window.
After seeing out the Danish league, Osman has officially joined The Seagulls and is rearing to play for the club he chose among several suitors.
“Basically, there were a lot of teams who wanted me but when Brighton came, I was like yes, this is the type of team I want to play in. The style of play and they play the younger players. It was like a great development for me.”
Ibrahim will battle a host of highly rated wingers for a starting spot in Brighton including the likes of Enciso, Kaoru Mitoma and newly signed Gambian international Yankuba Minteh.

The former Right To Dream Academy player was part of Ghana’s recent 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and Central African Republic. Scroll down to watch video.
