Head coach of Nsoatreman Football Club, Yaw Preko, has delivered his team’s immediate approach for the second leg of its CAF Confederations Cup tie against TP Elect Sport of Chad.
He said this in the post-game interview after Nsoatreman beat TP Elect Sport 3-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first leg.
All three goals were scored in the first half with a brace from Abdul Rahman and a strike from Kwabena Meider adding another in the 33rd minute.
Nsoatreman capitalized on a six minute horror spell from Elect Sport by scoring all three goals in the chaotic period but Preko was unhappy about his team’s wastefulness.
Aside avoiding being complacent, Yaw Preko added that the club’s immediate plan for the second leg is to avoid conceding a goal in Chad. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
“Not to concede, not to concede. That’s the approach for the next game” Preko said after watching his side score the big win its debut game in the continental championship.

In its debut season competing in the Ghana Premier League, Nsoatreman finished fourth in the 18 team league standings and won the MTN FA Cup to qualify to the Confederations Cup.
