In the interview, Mensah pointed to the enormous boost her career will get following her run in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
“It was just amazing. It’s a unique experience and personally also it’s a big achievement as an athlete so no one can that away from me. So for me as an athlete, I mean motivation-wise, is a big booster to kind of achieve this milestone for myself and just going ahead in the future and just looking on the brighter side. There is always a learning process so I can just get better.”

Mensah was one of two swimmers (Harry Stacey being the other) to represent Ghana at the 2024 Olympics; both missed out on winning a medal. Scroll down to watch full interview.
