NPP Manifesto: “We will build six 5,000-seater capacity standard stadiums for new regions”- Dr. Bawumia

The New Patriotic Party’s Flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has pledged to build six 5,000-seater stadiums in the newly created regions if his party wins the upcoming election on December 7, 2024.

He made this promise during the launch of the party’s 2024 general election manifesto at the Ghana Secondary Technical School in Takoradi on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

According to Dr Bawumia, the six new regions—Western North, Bono East, Savannah, Ahafo, Oti, and North East—will each have a standard stadium built to promote sports development.

And we will build six 5 ,000 -seater capacity stadium for the new regions, the six new regions, and we will build a standard stadium for Sunyani because of their love of football and the many clubs in Sunyani.
