“I think Medeama at the end deserved to win. They were stronger in defense, also in midfield, they had fast strikers, also the substitutions came in well, they had their chances so at the end, I think it was a deserved win.”
The win over Legon Cities mean Medeama have secured maximum points two games into the new season after beating Accra Lions 1-0 in the opening week.
The 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League champions take on league debutants Basake Holy Stars on Friday, September 27 next. Otto Addo is under pressure after Ghana lost 1-0 to Angola and drew 1-1 with Niger.
