Basake Holy Stars Football Club head coach, Abdulai Gazale, has pointed to areas including the passing phase as an area that his team needs to work on.
He said this to Max TV after seeing his side win the Apinto Cup via a 5-4 win on penalties after the preseason game against Ghana Premier League 2021-2022 season champions Medeama SC, ended 1-1.
“We came here with the mindset of preparing the team towards the start of the league and this is one of our first high profile matches and I think…when you look at the game, you see that some of our players they still need a lot of time to work on our tactics. Even our passing too there were some challenges and that is what I am going to work on. We are trying to put together a team that can represent the team.”
