Felicio Milson scored in additional time to end Ghana’s 24 year old unbeaten run at the Baba Yara Stadium and Addo believes that his team deserved at least a draw from the game.
“We were lucky maybe a little bit even though we deserved to win in Mali I think but there we scored the goal and now it’s Angola who scored the goal and I think at least a draw would have been deserved but this is football.”
Ghana beat Mali 2-1 in Bamoko in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in June.
