Medeama Sporting Club head coach Nebojsa Kapor has praised fellow Ghana Premier League side Bechem United by labelling the outfit as a quality side.

He said this in a post-game interview after his side lost 2-0 to Bechem United with Dalvin Yeboah and Emmanuel Abban scoring in the sixth and 44th minute respectively.

After pointing to mistakes Medeama made in the game that led to the Mauve and Yellow losing its first game of the 2024-2025 season, Kapor praised the quality Bechem United possesses despite its slow start. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Prior to the win over Medeama, Bechem had just a win, two draws and two losses in five games.

“Bechem is a very good team. They didn’t start (the season) perfect but they will rise. They have very good players. They changed also some players; they need little time to understand how everybody is playing. This is normal in football but they are a good team and will go top and I know this team very well and they have quality.”

At the time of writing, Bechem rank 10th in the 18 team league standings with Medeama in third place. Scroll down to watch Kapor interview.
