Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has called on Black Stars players to be committed to the course of the national team.

The GFA President stated this in his fiery speech that has gone viral on social media in the lead up to Ghana’s 2025 AFCON qualifiers against Sudan on Thursday, October 10 and on Monday, October 14 in Libya.

After stating why he believed that Ghana show have beaten Niger considering the low quality of some players in the Niger team, Kurt Okraku stated that the attitude of players shown after the game was unacceptable. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“What we saw of you in Niger, was a complete no. When we draw games and I see players laughing, smiling, guys, it’s not acceptable. It’s not. You draw games, you lose at the Baba Yara (Stadium) after 24 years, it is not acceptable. It’s no joke.”
