After playing out his short term contract with Baxi Manresa in the Spanish Endesa League, Ghana center Amida Brimah has joined fellow league side Valencia Basketball Club.
The contract is set to have the recently turned 30 year old see out the remainder of the 2024-2025 season after leaving Manresa.
Brimah signed the “loan contract” with Manresa as an injury replacement for Bodian Massa ahead of the campaign. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
In eight league games, the former Indiana Pacers player averaged 3.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in just 12 minutes for the 6 foot 10 inch defender.
Despite his limited time on the court, Brimah’s 1.5 blocks leads the league; The Liga Endesa is widely regarded as the second best basketball league in the world behind the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The new move adds to Brimah’s extensive list of teams in his professional career after winning the US’s National Basketball Championship with the University of Connecticut.

He won the Belgian League with Oostende, and has played for JL Bourg in France and Mets de Guaynabo in Puerto Rico. He won the NBA’s G-League with Austin Spurs.

Valencia rank fourth in the 18 team Liga Endesa standings at the time of writing while Manresa rank eighth.
