English Championship side Coventry City Football Club are in advanced talks with Frank Lampard to appoint the legendary footballer as manager of the club.
According to Sky Sports and the BBC, the former Chelsea player and manager is in line to get back into the coaching circles after some time out following his unsuccessful second spell as Chelsea manager.
Lampard has history coaching in the English Championship after excelling during his time with Derby County when he led the club to the Championship playoffs.
Should Lampard get appointed as manager of Coventry, he will coach Black Stars forward Solomon Brandon Thomas-Asante who joined the club ahead of the 2024-2025 season.
The 25 year old joined the club from fellow Championship side West Bromwich Albion and has featured 14 times in the league and registering a goal and an assist in 14 games but has two goals in three Carabao Cup appearances.

Coventry City rank 17th in the 24 team league standings with four wins, four draws and seven losses.
