West Ham United manager, Graham Potter, has revealed that Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus is a top player but the onus is on his team to get the best out of him by getting the team balance right.
He said this in a pre-game presser ahead of West Ham’s EPL tie against Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday, January 26 at 16:30 GMT.
The upcoming tie comes on the back of Potter having a full week’s training session with the playing body for the first time after recently picking up the head coaching role following the sacking of Julen Lopetegui.
Black Stars player, Mohammed Kudus, has had his fair share of struggles in his second season at West Ham but Potter believes the club has a top player in Mo Kudus.
“We’re in a situation where we’ve lost a couple of attackers through injury during my time here. Mo (Mohammed Kudus) has had to adapt a bit.”

“Mo’s taken on every challenge in a good way, and I think he’s someone who can play in lots of positions in the front three. If we can get the balance right, we’ve got a top, top player.”

Kudus has three goals and an assist in 17 EPL games this season.
