Former Black Satellites coach and current head coach of Dreams FC Abdul Karim Zito has endorsed the idea of limiting the number of venues hosting Ghana Premier League matches.
He argues that concentrating games at the country’s national stadia would be an effective approach.
With the league scheduled to resume on March 7, Zito believes this strategy could help address ongoing security challenges, emphasizing the need to prioritize the deployment of security personnel at match venues.
In an exclusive interview with Citi Sports, former Black Satellites coach Abdul Karim Zito emphasized the need for a consistent deployment of the right number of police and military personnel at Ghana Premier League match venues.
“It was a nightmare to all of us, for now we should go round the country and choose the national stadia to host GPL games” – Abdul Karim Zito
