MTN FA Cup: All-Bono Clash headlines Quarterfinal Matchups

The 2024-2025 season of the MTN FA Cup has moved to the quarterfinal stage following the conclusion of the draw held on Friday, March 7. The games will be played in the period from March 28 to March 31, 2025.

The draw is headlined by the All Bono matchup between Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United; the clash doubles as the only clash involving two Ghana Premier League clubs.

The round of 16 stage had a handful of Ghana Premier League clubs suffer losses to lower tier clubs with Medeama SC, Accra Hearts of Oak and Bibiani Gold Stars exit the tournament.

Giant killers in the previous round, PAC Academy and Golden Kick who eliminated Medeama and Hearts of Oak respectively, take on Attram De Visser and Karela United respectively.

The winner of the Kumasi Asante Kotoko clash with Sekondi XI Wise take on True Democracy; Kotoko play XI Wise on March 12 in a rescheduled tie.

The contest was postponed while Kotoko observed its suspension of football activities following the death of Kotoko fan Francis Yaw “Poooley” Frimpong at a League clash with Nsoatreman.
