President of the Ghana Paralympic Committee (GPC), Mr. Samson Deen, has urged Ghana’s sports leaders to rise above political divisions and foster unity for national progress.

Paying a courtesy call on the Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA) following their impressive performance in Morocco, Mr. Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, Deen emphasised the importance of resilience and inclusion in sports administration regardless of political leanings.

Don’t let others turn you against those aligned with NPP. I was once a victim but I survived through sheer positive energy, In my team you can see NPP people but i still work with them

The meeting, held at the NSA headquarters in Accra, focused on strengthening collaboration between mainstream sports bodies and the para sports community. Deen applauded Mr. Ankrah’s efforts in revitalising the NSA and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting a united approach to sports development.
