BetPawa has announced that its popular Locker Room Bonus initiative will now benefit both men’s and women’s football teams in Ghana.
Speaking at the launch of BetPawa’s renewed partnership with the Ghana Football Association (GFA) ahead of the new season, the company’s Head of Local Marketing and CSR, Borah Ndanyunga, said the move is aimed at promoting equality and rewarding effort across the sport.
Every time, both men’s and women’s teams will receive equal locker room bonus support ; whether on match days or at the end of the season,” Ndanyunga said.
We see the efforts and struggles of players who dedicate themselves and are passionate about the game. This is our way of showing appreciation.

The Locker Room Bonus, introduced in October 2022, is a performance-based incentive that rewards each player with GHS 400 after every league win.
With a 20-man squad, a single victory translates into GHS 8,000 in collective bonuses ; a significant morale and financial boost over a successful season.
