GFA congress approves three-term limit for President

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially approved an amendment to extend the term limit for its leadership from two to three terms. The decision was made during the Association’s 31st Ordinary Congress on Tuesday August 12, 2025

Addressing delegates, GFA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo explained that the adjustment to Article 37.4 was made to align with FIFA’s governance model.
