Manchester United minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has stated the club’s redeveloped training ground at Carrington will help build a winning culture at the club.

He said this via a club statement in the wake of the unveiling of the new plush facility that has generated a ton of buzz as the facility looks to be a sign of the club looking to turn the corner on its infrastructure challenges that have come into sharp focus in recent years.

Man United’s home ground Old Trafford has been mocked for a while over its leaking roof and high level of corrosion and the stadium has been dealing with mice infestation too.

The refurbished facility has a “focus on fitness, nutrition, recovery and team unity” and has designed to “inspire collaboration, innovation and excellence” and according to Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the new training facility will play an important role in building a winning culture.

“We made a quick decision to invest significantly in the creation of a world-class performance environment for staff and players to reflect our ambition and vision for Manchester United. We are delighted with the outcome and are confident the new facility will play an important role in building a winning culture at the club.”
