Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana is open to a season-long loan move to Turkish Super League side Trabzonspor from Manchester United.

This is according to football insider David Ornstein who reported the news of a proposed loan move for the former Ajax Amsterdam and Inter Milan shot stopper.

Hours after delivering the report on the proposed loan deal, Ornstein added in an update that the 29 year old is open to the move which requires reviewing his contract to facilitate the transfer.

The 2025-2026 season is Onana’s third at Manchester United but he is yet deliver a consistent run of good performances for the Red Devils.

He has been the main actor in several high profile gaffes that have led to goals against Manchester United including the team’s doomed run in the UEFA Champions League in the 2023-2024 season.
