My boys are going to perform against Ghana Premier League Champions- Bechem United Head Coach

Head coach of Bechem United, Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway, is confident his team will perform well against Bibiani Gold Stars when the teams face off in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday, September 13 at 15:00 GMT at the Dun’s Park in Bibiani.

Bechem take on Gold Stars in its season opener with the home team coming off an excellent 2024-2025 campaign that had Bibiani Gold Stars crowned league champions.

In a pre-game interview with the club’s media, the new head trainer of Bechem United, was confident of a good performance from his team.

“We have done a lot and I believe in my boys, I know what they can do, they are going to perform. I’ve played this game and I am now a coach, I’ve gone through so many things and this [game against Gold Stars] is not new to me so I see it as a normal game and we are going to perform” Botchway said.

Bechem United finished 10th in the league last season. Former Ghana and Manchester City starlet Mohammed Aminu signed for Bechem United ahead of the season.
