The venue to host Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team’s penultimate 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Central African Republic (C.A.R.) has been confirmed.
The Black Stars will officially take on C.A.R. on October 8 at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknes in Morocco with the game taking place at the neutral venue due to the absence of a CAF approved venue in the C.A.R. later this month.
Ghana head into the game in pole position to qualify to next year’s World Cup that will take place in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.
The Black Stars have 19 points, three ahead of second ranked Madagascar, with its clash against C.A.R and Comoros lined up for October 8 and October 12; the game against Comoros is scheduled to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
