Black Stars head coach Otto Addo says he doesn’t care about what critics says about him and his work as Ghana nears official qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Black Stars have all but qualified to next year’s World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico ahead of its clash against Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 11 at 19:00 GMT.

Speaking at a pre-game presser, Otto Addo brushed aside critics as he inches close to making history as the first coach to lead Ghana to the World Cup for the second time.

“To be honest, I don’t really care this is my life. As a player as well, it’s not like everybody believed in me from day one and you know, you have to fight.”

“I am happy and we are blessed to be in this situation. We have to stay humble, I hope like I said we win and this is life; I don’t think about critics” Addo said.
