Leicester City Football Club manager Marti Cifuentes has reacted to Ghana winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku’s latest brilliant goal for the Foxes.
The Black Stars winger delivered another hammering strike that angled into the net after cutting in from the side on to his left foot in a trademark fashion.
The goal aided Leicester to beat Swansea City 3-1 in Wales; the win ended a streak of four drawn games for Leicester and Cifuentes was pleased the “fantastic” Issahaku got on the scoresheet.
“I’m so happy with him after a tough period last season with injury, we had to take care of him in the beginning when I arrived but he’s doing so well. He’s very committed and he’s a fantastic player for us.”

“If we want him to shine as he’s shining, we need as well to do a lot of good things inside…so it’s about using the qualities we’ve got in the squad to and then everybody can contribute” Cifuentes said to Leicester media.
