Michelle Agyemang will miss the rest of the season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury ending what was primed to be a continuation of her breakthrough campaign.

The 19 year old starred in England’s 2025 Women’s Euro’s triumph by scoring crucial goals in the knockout stages en route to being named as the Young Player of the Tournament.

However, after starting five of six games in the Women’s Super League for Brighton and Hove Albion as an Arsenal loanee, Agyemang won’t play any further role for the remainder of the season.

Agyemang suffered the ACL injury in England’s 3-0 win over Australia in a friendly game and was stretchered off with the extent of the non-contact injury later determined.

Writing on her Instagram page, the rising star, who is of Ghanaian descent, promised to be come back stronger from the injury by stating,
