Ghana will field a four-member swimming team at the 4th African Youth Games, scheduled for December 10–20, 2025, in Angola.
This year’s continental event will be staged across six host cities — Luanda, Benguela, Lubango, Huambo, Moçâmedes, and Caxito — with the swimming competition set for December 11–16.
Team Ghana will be led by Coach Jonathan Amoako-Atta, featuring two boys and two girls.
In the girls’ division:

Oduma Agyei will compete in the 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly, and 100m freestyle.

Mercedes Abdallah has a packed schedule, taking part in the 50m butterfly, 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 100m backstroke, and the 200m individual medley.
For the boys:

Tamba Akin Boamah will contest seven events — 100m breaststroke, 50m butterfly, 100m freestyle, 200m breaststroke, 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle, and the 200m individual medley.

Kelvin Abdallah will line up for the 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly, 100m freestyle, and 100m butterfly.
The 4th African Youth Games will bring together athletes aged 14 to 17 from across the continent, competing in 33 sporting disciplines.
