Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim says Man United captain Bruno Fernandes will miss some games after picking up a leg injury.
The Portuguese captain picked up the injury on his right leg in Man United’s 2-1 loss to Aston Villa with the injury forcing him to miss the second half.
Lisandro Martinez replaced the Portuguese midfielder in the second half as Fernandes watched the game from the bench.
Speaking after the game, Amorim says he believes that Bruno Fernandes is dealing with soft tissues in his right leg stating,
“I think it’s soft tissue. So, it’s going to take a while. We’ll see.

“I don’t know, I think he is going to lose some games, but I don’t know for sure. I don’t want to talk about the matter, it is a guy who is always fit and he has shown he can always recover.”

Man United next take on Newcastle United on December 26.
