Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has lauded striker Benjamin Sesko’s for his patience and quality after the Slovenian delivered another impactful performance.
Sesko replaced Amad Diallo in the 58th minute and went on to score to give Man United a 1-0 win over Everton in the English Premier League.
The former RB Leipzig player also stepped off the bench to score a late equalizer in Man United’s 1-1 draw with West Ham in London.
After seeing Sesko’s latest display in the tough win, Michael Carrick was adamant Sesko would be a big player for the club in an interview with Sky Sports by stating,
“We always feel as though we have a chance. The clean sheet was just as important as the goal. It was a fabulous goal.”

“He-Benjamin Sesko- is patient and understands that he’s going to be a big player for us for a long period of time I’m sure of that. We’ve got to manage that.”

“We’ve got some really good forward players and he’s made a big difference for us when he’s been on the pitch. The balance has been really good between the forward players and we’ve got to continue that.”
