Hundreds of thousands of Arsenal supporters took over north London as the club marked a historic Premier League triumph, their first in 22 years, with a vibrant open-top bus victory parade around Islington.

The celebrations saw the squad proudly display the Premier League trophy as they travelled a five-mile route circling the Emirates Stadium, waving to ecstatic fans lining the streets.

They were joined by Arsenal’s women’s team, who earlier in the season lifted the inaugural FIFA Women’s Champions Cup, adding further silverware to a landmark year for the club.

The parade came just 24 hours after heartbreak in Budapest, where the men’s team narrowly lost the UEFA Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain in a penalty shootout.

Despite that disappointment, the mood in north London was electric, with fans chanting, waving flags, and setting off fireworks as players threw scarves into the crowds and soaked in the atmosphere.

The celebrations carried deep emotional weight for many long-time supporters, especially those from Islington and surrounding areas, where Arsenal’s identity is deeply rooted in the local community.

The parade capped off a season of highs and heartbreaks but ultimately ended with Arsenal lifting the Premier League trophy in front of their home city.
