Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez has described striker Erling Haaland as a beast after Haaland’s latest scoring output.
The Norwegian striker scored twice in Manchester City’s 2-0 win over FC Porto in Portugal in the UEFA Champions League opening round of games.
Haaland’s goals made him Man City’s all-time leading goal scorer in the Champions League with 36 goals that ties him with Sergio Aguero. This is Haaland’s fifth season at the club.
The former Borussia Dortmund striker also registered his 59th goal in his 59th Champions League game which moved him to seventh place on the all-time goal scorers list.
“Erling Haaland is an animal, a beast. Every time I’m on the pitch, I’m going to look for him and hopefully I can give him many more assists and he can score goals like that” Fernandez said in an interview with Amazon Prime.

Fernandez joined Man City on the final day of the transfer window for a record 125 million pounds from Chelsea.
