Reading Time: 1 min read

After a tough start to the season, struggling Bechem United put in an impressive performance to put an end to AshGold’s 100% start to the league, getting a 1-1 draw at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Elmina Sharks secured their first win of the season with an outstanding 2-0 win over WAFA, thanks to goals from Benjamin Arthur and Daniel Crentsil.

On Sunday, champions Aduana Stars annihilated 10-man Inter Allies 6-0, with prolific forward Yahaya Mohammed grabbing a hat-trick on the day.

Newly promoted Karela United were too strong for Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs winning 3-0 at the plush Anyinase Cam Park, while Wa All Stars were 1-0 winners over Berekum Chelsea thanks to a strike from Abdul Iddrisu.

Reginald Asante Boateng earned his first point of the season, as his Liberty Professionals side rescued a late draw against Medeama Sporting Club at the Dansoman Park, thanks to a late goal from Benjamin Eshun.

Patrick Razak’s first half strike was enough to see Hearts of Oak run away 1-0 winners against Dreams FC, with Kotoko also beating Eleven Wonders by the same score line courtesy a Jordan Opoku strike.
