Division One League side, Samartex Football Club have appointed ‘Promotion Specialist’ Kobina Amissah as head coach, the club has announced.

Amissah’s appointment comes just a few weeks after he quit as head coach for Bibiani Gold Stars, citing the need for a break from the game as his reason for leaving his position.

Samartex finished third in Zone Two of the 2020/2021 Division One League.
