There have been mixed reactions following the Ghana Football Association’s decision to donate buses to nine Access Bank Division One Clubs.

The buses were donated by the GFA on behalf of GFA President Kurt Okraku as fulfillment of his promise made in his speech delivered at the 29th GFA Ordinary Congress in Kumasi.

However, there have been mixed reactions after the buses were donated with some clubs feeling satisfied with the provision of the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle.

Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs Football Club is one of such clubs with operations director of the club, Dad Simpson, praising GFA President Kurt Okraku for the gesture and raving about the level of cost saving for the club in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports. The sharp contrast in the quality of the bus conditions for the respective clubs has prompted many to believe that Kurt Okraku’s checkered relationship with Edubiase CEO Abdul Salam Yakubu could be the reason behind the disparity if quality.
