Bayer Leverkusen’s standout player, Jeremie Frimpong, has extended his generosity to children at the Osu Children’s Home in Accra during his one-week stay in Ghana.

Frimpong donated items worth over GH₵30,000, which included Bayer Leverkusen jerseys for the home’s school football team.

In an interaction with the media, the talented wingback expressed his joy in fulfilling a personal aspiration.

“I’ve always wanted to do this; I just wanted to be in the right position to make it happen.” – @JeremieFrimpong 🇩🇪🇬🇭

“This has always been a dream of mine, but I had to wait until I was in a position to give back,” he shared.
“While I play football for my family, being able to support others is equally important to me. Giving back to Africa, my roots, is something I hold dear. I have Ghanaian blood, and bringing joy to these kids means everything,” he added.

Frimpong’s visit coincided with the Bundesliga’s winter break.
