Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) President, Kudjoe Fianoo, has given strong assurance that his outfit’s members will make use of a memorandum of understanding agreement between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the National Service Secretariat (NSS).

He said this at the signing of the MoU at an event headlined by Minister of Youth and Sports Mustapha Ussif. The NSS was represented by Deputy Executive Director Gifty Oware-Mensah and Executive Director Osei Assibey Antwi. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

The GHALCA President, who was present at the agreement signing with representatives of several sports federations, was confident football league clubs in the top division and First Division will make good use of NSS personnel assigned to them.

Honourable Ussif and other dignitaries were present for the signing of the agreement.

“They are not coming to while away precious time, they are coming to give us quality service because they’ve been trained to that for us.”
