Black Galaxies midfielder Hafiz Ibrahim has stated that Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team eligible to only Ghana based players, is not afraid of Nigeria.

He said this ahead of the Galaxies’ second leg clash against Nigeria in Abuja on December 28 in the CHAN qualifiers after a goalless draw in the first leg.

The winner of the tie qualifies to compete in the 2025 CHAN that will take place in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Sounding optimistic as Black Galaxies head coach Mas-ud Dramani, who stated that his team will definitely grab a goal in Nigeria, Ibrahim was confident that Ghana will get a positive result in Nigeria. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“When we go out there and we out our best we know victory will be ours so we are not afraid of anyone. Insha Allah we are going to qualify for Ghana.”

Ghana is aiming to make it back to back qualifications to the CHAN after crashing out of the 2022 edition at the quarterfinal stage.
