The 2026 edition of the World Corporate Golf Challenge Ghana 2026 has officially been launched in Accra, with organizers confirming that the National Final will take place on July 10, 2026, at Achimota Golf Club.
The launch was unveiled during a premium media briefing as Ghana prepares for another edition of the globally recognised corporate golf competition, which combines elite business networking with competitive sport.
Widely regarded as one of the biggest corporate golf platforms in the world, the tournament brings together top executives, business owners, and decision-makers from sectors including banking, telecommunications, energy, and technology.
The winning team from Ghana’s National Final will earn an all-expenses-paid trip to represent the country at the prestigious World Corporate Golf Challenge World Finals in Beijing, China, where they will compete against corporate champions from more than 30 countries.

Speaking at the launch, Executive Partner of WCGC Ghana, Catherine Fabbi, stressed the growing importance of golf within the corporate world.
“Golf is far more than a recreational pastime; it is a high-yield strategic asset. Over an 18-hole round, conversations flow naturally, long-term relationships are forged, and major business deals are conceptualized,” she said.
Organisers also highlighted the tournament’s wider focus on inclusivity and sports development, particularly efforts to increase female participation in corporate golf. Fabbi, who also serves as the National Ladies Coordinator for the Ghana Golf Association, reaffirmed that commitment during the launch.
WCGC Ghana also announced the support of several key partners and sponsors, including Boab Engineering Services Limited (BESL), Landers Oil and Gas, Raju Ghana Ltd, Black Star Group, Office Bureau, The GC Brand by Ghandour Cosmetics Ltd, Balfour Beatty, Levotude Ltd, and Micasso Tiles.
Representatives from sponsoring organizations, including Mary Okechuku Landers of Landers Oil and Gas Ltd and Michelle Kwame of Levotude Advisory, highlighted the importance of golf as a powerful tool for networking and relationship building. Both firms noted that the tournament presents a valuable platform to enhance brand visibility while creating new business opportunities.
Metro TV has also been confirmed as the headline media partner for the 2026 season.
Corporate registration for the tournament is now officially open, with organisers encouraging companies to register their executive two-man teams early due to expected high demand.
