Tickets for the highly anticipated bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury sold out within an hour of going on sale on Friday, October 9, with some tickets reportedly costing £13,000.
A total of 88,000 tickets were released for the December 11 showdown at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, with demand surging within minutes of sales opening. More than 500,000 people were reportedly waiting in the online queue as fans scrambled to secure seats.

Tickets quickly appeared on resale websites, with ringside VIP seats advertised for as much as £73,645, while upper tier seats were available for £425.
The bout will bring together two of Britain’s biggest boxing stars in a heavyweight clash expected to attract a global audience, with ringwalks are expected on Saturday, December 12.
With the initial allocation sold out within an hour, fans who missed the official sale may have to pay significantly more on the secondary market to watch the December 11 bout.
